Basic Vegetarian or Vegan Coaching
After a discussion about your reasons and needs, you’ll learn about basic veg nutrition and smart food choices. You’ll learn what foods you should avoid and how to find appropriate choices in restaurants Held in a restaurant at a mutually agreeable location. Meeting is approximately 90 minutes.. Bring friends for a 20% discount on all.
Includes content covered in basic session. This is held in your home with your kitchen. We will review everything a veg*n should have in their panty for quick and easy variety in meals. Session is approximately 2 ½ hours. Additional participants receive a discount however only one pantry/kitchen can be reviewed. Travel fee may be imposed for long distances.
Grocery shopping trip
Provides help in finding the new ingredients you'll want in your kitchen for your new cooking needs. Will include discussions comparing brands and selecting a good product. To be held in appropriate grocery store close to your home. Don't be afraid of the health food store! Approximately 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Often held in conjunction with personal cooking class or kitchen makeover.
Vegetarian or Vegan Cooking Party
Quickly becoming the most popular - it's a Fun, lively cooking demonstration in your kitchen with your friends! Class size is limited only by your kitchen size. With your input, we select several recipes to teach the basics of vegetarian or vegan cooking, participation strongly encouraged! Base fee plus per person food charge.
